Now Showing at Stiwdio Scratch: “Journeys” – A Powerful New Exhibition from Platfform. Visit now to see ten powerful photography and text pieces that showcase the incredible creativity of our Platfform members. 

For six weeks, we hosted evening sessions with 10 emerging poets and 11 emerging photographers, supporting them as they honed their craft, and explored the theme of Journeys. Spoken Word artists were led by Tia-zakura Camilleri, exploring the poetic form, and how to use words and beats to tell their stories through ‘flowetry’. Meanwhile our photographers were upskilled in photographic techniques and expression by Peter Britton, and creatively directed by Joe Andrews as they navigated responding to a unique creative brief; our poets’ own journeys.  

The result is a collaborative exhibition that platform this new community of creatives and celebrate the power of storytelling across artforms. 

We officially launched Journeys on Thursday 17 July, welcoming over 50 guests to an unforgettable evening of live performances, networking, and a first look at the exhibition.
